Forgotten Passwords

If you forget your password, you will be able to reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link that appears on the main login page (https://cloud.airworks.io/ ).

You will be prompted to provide the email address associated with your account, after which you will receive instructions on recovering and resetting your password via email.

This email will arrive within 10 minutes. If you do not receive a reset password email and have already checked your spam folder, please contact support@airworks.io for assistance.

Change Password

If you remember your password and would like to change it, you can do that from within your account. In your account settings, click on the “Password” tab, then type in your current password along with your the new password that you desire.

Please note that password changes are immediate so you should log in with your new password as soon as you hit Save.
