Scope of work
AirWorks extracts and structures features from reality-capture data for infrastructure projects. We work above ground and below ground.
Above ground — planimetrics, topography, breaklines, surface features, poles and pole attributes, aerial telecom infrastructure, and vegetation clearances.
Below ground — underground fiber and utility routing, trenching and conduit paths, and related right-of-way work.
Industries we serve
Architecture, engineering and construction — land development, ALTA surveys, corridor and transportation work, as-builts, site planning.
Telecommunications — fiber network design support, aerial and underground route capture, pole data, make-ready and joint-use inputs.
Utilities — distribution and transmission corridor work, site assessment, right of way, clearances and violations.
Data we accept

Orthomosaic imagery (TIFF) from drone, manned aircraft, or satellite

Colorized point clouds from drone or aerial LiDAR

Mobile and terrestrial scan data

Panoramic imagery captured alongside scan data
If you do not have data, you do not need to capture it yourself. AirWorks maintains a partner marketplace and can source imagery for your project directly. See Imagery & Data Sourcing.
Before you capture anything, read Data Requirements. Most delays trace back to input data that does not meet the minimum criteria.
What we deliver
Every project returns CAD and GIS outputs, plus access to the project in the AirWorks Project Viewer. See Deliverables & What's Included for the full list.
We also offer AI-only deliverables — extraction returned without a human quality-control pass, at a lower cost and a much faster turnaround. This suits screening, feasibility, and portfolio-scale work where speed and volume matter more than final-drawing precision. See AI-Only Deliverables.
What we do not do

We do not perform field survey or establish survey control. You provide ground control, or we work to the accuracy your data supports.

We do not stamp or seal deliverables. Our outputs are drafting and extraction products, not certified surveys.

We do not perform subsurface utility locating or engineering (SUE). Underground work is based on the data and records provided.
