The Project Viewer is AirWorks' web-based experience for reviewing completed projects. It's built on Esri's ArcGIS platform and replaced our previous, separate 3D viewing tool, so customers now get one consistent viewing experience across both 2D and 3D deliverables instead of switching between tools.

For more on how this data is structured and shared through Esri, see Working with Esri at AirWorks.
Is file download available directly from the Project Viewer?
Not yet — file download is currently available through AirWorks' 2D delivery experience rather than inside the Project Viewer itself. This is an active area of improvement; check back for updates or ask your AirWorks contact for the current status.
Where can I get help?
If something in the Project Viewer looks broken or you have questions about your specific deliverable, use the in-app support link from within the viewer, or reach out to your AirWorks contact.
