This site is to help you use AirWorks to generate high-level linework of existing conditions as you create project proposals. This high-level line work should help you understand the project better and, as a result, create proposals faster, help you reduce your project risk, and ultimately win more work.

We have had customers be able to reduce their design fee for those projects in which cost is critical, and as a result, win projects there were not able to win previously. One customer was told by the owner that their fee was too high and then decided to use AirWorks in their preliminary design effort. They won that project and due to their ability to meet the cost, project schedule, and submit high quality deliverables, that they won another multi-million dollar project with the same owner.

Data Quality and Sourcing
To get your high-level linework, you can obtain your own imagery or use the AirWorks - Nearmap partnership to obtain imagery immediately through Nearmap and begin processing faster. If you decide to obtain your own imagery, AirWorks can support orthomosaic tiffs or colorized point clouds from drones and/or scans. To find the minimum quality criteria for your data, look here for information.
Nearmap imagery can be obtained immediately, directly from the AirWorks Webapp.. You can find more information about the quality and availability of Nearmap imagery here.

As you determine what linework you want from AirWorks, you can find information on the Confidence Level of the AirWorks deliverables by layer here. Please note that the confidence level increases and the quality and resolution of the data increase.
